Gagné Letarte Avocats

After being called to the Quebec Bar in 1972, Jacques Beaudet started his legal career at Amyot Lesage, the firm where he had completed his articles. A few years later, he set up his own firm, Sirois Beaudet. Following the merger of Sirois Beaudet and Gagné Letarte in 1984, he became a partner in the new firm.

He specialises in business law, Indigenous law and tax law, and has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and corporate financing. He has also been involved in major cases relating to the structuring and operation of cooperatives. Furthermore, he has played an active role in setting up several Indigenous financial organisations at provincial and national levels.

Jacques Beaudet sits on the boards of several companies and non-profit organisations. He is recognised for his competence, thoroughness, and unwavering commitment to meeting his clients' needs.
