Me Beaudet’s practice focuses mainly on the areas of business law, native law and tax law (litigation and planning). Me Beaudet has acquired particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, as well as restructuring and financing of businesses. He has been involved in significant cases related to the structure and operation of cooperatives. He has also been actively involved in the establishment, at a national level, of native financial organisations. Me Beaudet sits on a number of boards of directors of businesses and non-profit organisations.
